개인정보 처리방침

개발자는 별도의 사용자 계정이나 서버를 운영하지 않으며, 이름, 이메일, 전화번호, 결제 정보 등을 직접 수집하지 않습니다. 연락처, 사진, 카메라, 마이크, 위치에도 접근하지 않으며, 자체 분석 및 광고 SDK와 자체 서버 전송도 없습니다.

저장 링크, 썸네일, 제목, 설정값은 앱과 공유 확장 기능이 함께 사용하는 iOS 앱 그룹 저장 공간에 로컬로 저장됩니다. 이용자가 iCloud 링크 백업을 직접 실행한 경우에만 링크와 저장 순서가 이용자의 iCloud 계정에 추가로 저장되며, 개발자는 이 정보에 원격으로 접근할 수 없습니다.

1. 개발자가 직접 수집하는 개인정보

개발자는 앱을 통해 이용자의 이름, 이메일 주소, 전화번호, 연락처, 위치, 사진, 결제 정보 등을 직접 수집하거나 저장하지 않습니다. 앱에는 개발자가 운영하는 광고 또는 분석 SDK가 포함되어 있지 않습니다.

2. 기기에 저장되는 정보

앱은 기능 제공을 위해 다음 정보를 이용자의 기기 내부에 저장할 수 있습니다.

이 정보는 앱과 공유 확장 기능이 함께 사용하는 iOS 앱 그룹 저장 공간에 보관됩니다. iCloud 링크 백업에는 이용자가 저장한 링크와 저장 시각만 포함되며, 썸네일 이미지와 영상 파일은 포함되지 않습니다. 개발자는 로컬 보관함과 이용자의 iCloud 백업에 원격으로 접근할 수 없습니다.

3. 클립보드 사용

앱은 이용자가 설정에서 허용한 방식에 따라 앱이 활성화될 때 클립보드에 YouTube 또는 Instagram 주소가 있는지 확인할 수 있습니다. 지원하는 주소가 발견된 경우에만 저장 여부를 묻거나 자동으로 보관함에 추가합니다.

클립보드 내용은 지원 주소 판별을 위해 기기에서 처리되며 개발자의 서버로 전송되지 않습니다. 이 기능은 앱 설정에서 끌 수 있습니다.

4. 외부 서비스와 네트워크 통신

앱은 미리보기와 재생 기능을 제공하기 위해 링크의 원본 서비스에 접속할 수 있습니다.

YouTube 및 Google — YouTube 영상을 재생하면 Google이 제공하는 공식 YouTube 임베디드 플레이어가 로드됩니다. 이 과정에서 IP 주소, 기기 및 브라우저 정보, 고유 식별자, 요청 시간, 참조 정보, 시청한 영상과 콘텐츠·광고 상호작용 등의 정보가 Google로 전송되거나 Google에 의해 처리될 수 있습니다. Google 계정 상태와 이용자의 Google 개인정보 설정에 따라 처리 방식이 달라질 수 있습니다.

Instagram 및 Meta — Instagram 링크의 미리보기를 가져오거나 원본 게시물을 열면 기기가 Instagram 또는 Meta의 서버에 접속할 수 있습니다. 원본 앱이나 웹페이지에서 이루어지는 정보 처리는 Meta의 정책이 적용됩니다.

Apple — 공유 메뉴, 앱 그룹 저장 공간, 붙여넣기 권한과 같은 iOS 시스템 기능에는 Apple의 개인정보 보호정책이 적용됩니다. 이용자가 iCloud 링크 백업을 사용하는 경우 링크와 저장 시각이 동일한 Apple 계정의 기기에서 복원할 수 있도록 Apple의 iCloud Key-Value Store에 저장됩니다.

5. 링크 백업, 내보내기와 불러오기

iCloud 링크 백업은 이용자가 설정에서 직접 백업 버튼을 누른 경우에만 실행됩니다. 백업에는 링크와 저장 순서만 포함되며, 동일한 Apple 계정으로 로그인한 기기에서 이용자가 복원 버튼을 눌러 현재 보관함과 병합할 수 있습니다. 중복된 링크는 건너뛰며 기존 로컬 보관함을 자동으로 삭제하거나 교체하지 않습니다.

이용자가 링크 내보내기를 실행하면 iOS 공유 화면을 통해 이용자가 선택한 앱이나 서비스로 링크 목록이 전달됩니다. 전달 이후의 정보 처리는 이용자가 선택한 서비스의 정책에 따르며, 개발자는 iCloud 백업, 내보낸 파일 또는 메모를 수신하지 않습니다.

6. 보관 기간과 삭제

기기에 저장된 정보는 이용자가 개별 항목 또는 전체 보관함을 삭제하거나 앱을 제거할 때까지 보관될 수 있습니다. 앱 설정의 ‘전체 삭제’를 이용하면 저장된 링크와 로컬 썸네일을 삭제할 수 있습니다.

iCloud 링크 백업은 앱 설정의 ‘iCloud 백업 삭제’를 누를 때까지 이용자의 iCloud 계정에 남을 수 있습니다. 앱을 제거하거나 로컬 보관함을 비우는 것만으로 iCloud 백업이 자동 삭제되지는 않습니다.

개발자는 별도의 서버에 이용자 보관함을 저장하지 않으므로 개발자에게 서버 데이터 삭제를 요청할 필요가 없습니다. 이용자가 메모 앱이나 다른 서비스로 내보낸 백업은 해당 서비스에서 직접 삭제해야 합니다.

Privacy Policy

The developer does not operate a separate user account system or server, and does not directly collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment information. The app does not access contacts, photos, camera, microphone, or location, and contains no in-house analytics or advertising SDKs and does not transmit data to any developer-operated server.

Saved links, thumbnails, titles, and settings are stored locally in an iOS App Group container shared by the app and its share extension. Only when the user manually performs an iCloud link backup are the links and their saved order additionally stored in the user's iCloud account, and the developer has no remote access to this information.

1. Personal Information Collected Directly by the Developer

The developer does not directly collect or store users' names, email addresses, phone numbers, contacts, location, photos, or payment information through the app. The app does not include any advertising or analytics SDK operated by the developer.

2. Information Stored on the Device

To provide its features, the app may store the following information locally on the user's device:

This information is stored in an iOS App Group storage space shared by the app and its share extension. iCloud link backups contain only the links saved by the user and their save times; thumbnail images and video files are not included. The developer has no remote access to either the local collection or the user's iCloud backup.

3. Clipboard Use

Depending on the method the user allows in settings, the app may check whether the clipboard contains a YouTube or Instagram address when the app becomes active. Only when a supported address is detected does the app either ask whether to save it or automatically add it to the collection.

Clipboard content is processed on the device solely to determine whether it is a supported address, and is not transmitted to the developer's server. This feature can be turned off in app settings.

4. External Services and Network Communication

The app may connect to the original service behind a link in order to provide previews and playback.

YouTube and Google — Playing a YouTube video loads Google's official YouTube embedded player. In this process, information such as IP address, device and browser information, unique identifiers, request time, referrer information, and viewed content and ad interactions may be transmitted to or processed by Google. How this information is handled may vary depending on the user's Google account status and privacy settings.

Instagram and Meta — Fetching a preview of an Instagram link or opening the original post may cause the device to connect to Instagram or Meta servers. Information processing that occurs within the original app or webpage is governed by Meta's policies.

Apple — iOS system features such as the share menu, App Group storage, and paste permissions are governed by Apple's privacy policy. When the user uses iCloud link backup, links and their save times are stored in Apple's iCloud Key-Value Store so they can be restored on devices signed in with the same Apple account.

5. Link Backup, Export, and Import

iCloud link backup runs only when the user manually taps the backup button in settings. The backup contains only the links and their saved order. On a device signed in with the same Apple account, the user can tap the restore button to merge the backup with the current collection. Duplicate links are skipped, and the existing local collection is never automatically deleted or replaced.

When the user performs a link export, the list of links is passed through the iOS share sheet to the app or service the user selects. How the information is handled afterward is governed by the policy of the service the user chose. The developer does not receive the iCloud backup, the exported file, or any notes.

6. Retention and Deletion

Information stored on the device may be retained until the user deletes individual items or the entire collection, or removes the app. Using "Delete All" in app settings removes saved links and local thumbnails.

The iCloud link backup may remain in the user's iCloud account until the user taps "Delete iCloud Backup" in app settings. Removing the app or clearing the local collection alone does not automatically delete the iCloud backup.

Because the developer does not store the user's collection on any server, there is no need to request server-side data deletion from the developer. Backups the user exports to a notes app or other service must be deleted directly within that service.
